Whitney Weiss is based in Buenos Aires, where she’s the resident DJ at the members-only Oasis Clubhouse and a resident at Dengue Dancing, an underground dance night. With fellow Dengue resident DJ, Traviesa, she throws FATHER FIGURES, a new party devoted to underground disco, proto-house, soul, and funk. She’s headlined Fiesta Brandon at Niceto, played Acapulco, at Konex, and spun at Kika, Sedgwick, You Are Negra, Gorriti Mix, Voodoo, Heatwave, El Gato Viejo, MOD, Caracas Bar, Rubik, Indie Bar, Datil, Prana, Fake Champagne, Centro Cutural Matienzo, and more. Her previous BA residencies include Frank’s Bar, Milion, and the much-loved and now-shuttered Kim Y Novak.

Whitney has DJed with LA's Poolside, played Grizzly Bear's BA after-party, and DJed ArteBA's official Friday evening after-party. She’s also done private rooftop soirees, fashion shows, and even an orgy or two, as well as underground clubs and swank lounges from Italy to the Dominican Republic. She opened for Skrillex at his official Buenos Aires after-party, too.

Before BA, Whitney held a residency at a fun sleazy gay club in Amsterdam. In 2011/12, she enjoyed her DJ debut in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) and spun at The Music Hall of Williamsburg for CHERYLWEEN, Public Assembly, Black and White, The Woods, Mulberry Project, No Fun, Ella, and Hotel Chantelle in New York. Whitney is currently working on her first LP of original music and finishing an EP of edits. She is available worldwide.
