Working his way up the local scene in Chicago with djs like derrick carter, diz,and even mark farina.Milty has been a mainstay at the hottest clubs chicago has to offer from shelter,elixer,karma to crobar, crecendo,spy bar,to becoming a resident at the famed mondays boom boom room at green dolphin. Milty has stepped his game up starting WHITEBEARD RECORDS were he is doing his own production and putting out some of chicago's hidden talent,along with doing remixes for other labels.
2012 Milty had a break out year with releases on U.K.'s Dirty Monkey recordings, Brazil's 294 recordigns, BRYAN JONES's Coyote cuts, U.K.'s Chicago house FM recordings, MARK CASTLEY's Blue gritt recordings, STACY KIDD's House 4 Life records & 4peace's Cabbie hat recordings. Some of the industry's biggest names were play Milty's stuff from GRAMOPHONEDZIE Charting "1200 wine house"(1200 milty mix), & "Pimp game" & playin them in his live at Belgrade mix, DJ SNEAK playing "Goldar saved us " at the DJ Mag Pool Party - wmc , & in his Live at Fabric mix, MARK FARINA charting "In you"- Andre harris- Milty evans rx & playing "The Pump" in his Live In Vancouver 560 mix.
All this came to a head when Milty's Remix of "So Funky"- LeBabar - Whitebeard records hit NO. 1 on the Traxsource Jackin house charts for 3 weeks! More support for Milty's remix work started coming in with Chartings from SCOTT DIAZ, GENE FARRIS, DERRICK CARTER,DJ MES, & ROY DAVIS JR to name a few. Followed up by the addition of
"The Pump"- Le babar - Milty Evans rx being added as the First song on Mark Farina's Mix CD "Urban Coyotes" on Coyote Cuts recordings.
Milty has put in the time & the work 2013 looks to be an even bigger year as Milty will be hitting the road so keep a look out for him in a City near you.
