Tovar is one of the younger DJ growing in New York City, since 2008 he began making appearances in the main bars and lounge of electronic music of the Lower Manhattan a few to mention are (Lesouk, Falucka, Sullivan Room, Babel, Susie Wong, Aqua, and others). In 2008, debuted at the renowned Club "Arena" identified as "ASSETIRIA" (3 times winner of the best house party in America), giving him the honor of being the first Dominican to perform the "Dominican parade afterparty" in New York at the mentioned Club, where he owns the name called "Made In DR". Tovar is now a resident of the most acclaimed underground clubs of New York City including: Cielo, Pacha and Webster Hall also makes presentations at clubs like Amnesia, Play, Area, Touch, Odyssey, System, Exotic's etc. In New Jersey at Club Worship at The ShowBoat Hotel & at The Harrah's pool at The Harrah's Resort - Atlantic City), also make his debut at the renowned festival of electronic Music (WMC) Winter Music Conference in South Beach Miami, Florida, on March 2011.

Tovar originally from the Dominican Republic, Graduated from Architecture with a strongly passion about Arts, Music and Creativity, influenced by Eclectic Sounds from Deep & Tech Elements, Groove, Drums, Percussions, blending a unique style on its class with a library of Hits only, usually plays every genre, including (House, Tech-House, Techno, Deep, Tribetek), bringing the crowd to a climax at different times with each mixing, plus his special weapons using Remix & private Edits by himself which only you will hear it on his live set delighting the crowd with an exclusive and authentic music, his most important thing is to keep the good vibe on the dancefloor doing this so your body does not stop dancing, as described by its slogan "Tweekin Ur Soul" meaning "Setting Your Soul" with music for your mind, body and soul, this is what really inspires his connection with the crowd.

Tovar had the opportunity to share the stage with several international DJ's some of them are in the best 15th of America, some to mention are: Boris, Chus & Ceballos, Victor Calderone, Jonathan Peters, Oscar G, Marcos Carnaval, Mindcontrol, Sasha, Calvin Harris, Kenny Dope, JC Mackintosh, DJ Pierre, A-Luv, Ivano Bellini, Mario Calegari, That Kid Chris, DJ Theo and Hedkandi exponents. Since its start had also made several presentations in the Dominican Republic in the major cities of North and Central Cibao (Santiago, San Francisco de Macoris, Moca, Cabarete, Puerto Plata, Las Terrenas Etc.)
