Born on 20th of January, 1989 in Constanta, at the Black Sea coast from Romania, Traian Mircea Voineagu aka TMV makes his entry into the big world with his extreme passion for old-school music. He was only 11 years old when he started listening to house music, witch was a strange genre for that time. Slowly, his taste for electronic music begins to include funky, groovy, jazzy and many other exotic and classical music genres.

In 2008 he went to college to study the arts and techniques of classical music and to party of course. He began to live the night life in Bucharest's clubs as a photographer for an online magazine dedicated to electronic music. Been every night next to DJs, he discovered the mysteries of beat-matching and started doing mash-ups and mixes with his favorite tunes witch were published frequently on the web as episodes of "TMV's Essentials".

One year later, "TMV's Essentials" mixes began to spread rapidly in Europe and became a disco and electro-swing phenomenon! The sets became to appear more and more on electronic music blogs and even broadcasted on many online and offline radio stations. This year, "TMV's Essentials" celebrates four years of existence and three years of activity on One Underground Radio Station.

Today, TMV still smashes wacky and groovy tunes with old school beats and awesome swing rhythms.
