DJ and Producer Nathan Lively, a Southern California native has been DJ’ing for over a decade. Raised on vinyl and influenced by hip-hop, Nathan Lively brings a fresh lively spin on Electro House setting himself apart from other electronic DJ’s with his incorporation of scratching and beat juggling skills into electro music. With his quick transitions and aggressive mixing style he is able to keep the dance floor alive with upbeat energetic mixes.

Nathan Lively is a self-taught DJ, gaining his DJ skills from the underground Los Angeles music scene. In college he was the go-to DJ for all the parties, including parties in the legendary Santa Barbara suburb of Isla Vista. From parties he progressed to mountain raves and clubs and expanded to the Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas. Having DJ’ed at the Las Vegas Music conference and with a radio show under his belt, it’s safe to say that DJ Nathan Lively is a well-rounded DJ.

As with most DJ’s in the industry Nathan Lively adapted to the digital music takeover, expanded his skills and began producing his own music. Being self-taught he learned to produce from the ground up and his knowledge of sound design has enhanced his mixing capabilities. He began to incorporate his original works into his mixes and is working on new music to add to his current iTunes release, Electro Bangin.

Nathan Lively throws down upbeat, driving electro house mixes. With an ability to read the dance floor and make adjustments on the fly he keeps the dance floor packed and the crowd entertained. Regardless of the timeslot, Nathan Lively knows how to fill any role. From getting things started, headlining the main part of the night - to shutting it down - he knows what it takes to create a memorable night.

Nathan Lively continues to DJ around the greater Los Angeles area and is focusing his time on his music productions and upcoming releases.
