Mikey Puerari, or otherwise known as "Mikey P", is an upcoming DJ in the New Jersey club scene. Being born and raised in Jersey, house music and entertainment has always been one of Mike's passions, especially the club scene. At the young age of 14, Mike discovered his passion for the nightlife and the art of DJing. Having many friends being popular DJs in the NJ club scene like Frankie Steel, definitely inspired Mike to take control of the set in his own hands and put on a show.
He started to mess around with mixing music on a friend's CD players and computer programs where he started to learn the basics of mixing. At the age of 16, Mike purchased his first DJ set and dedicated each and every day to perfect his skills. He started to do small events such as birthday parties and house parties and realized this was something he wanted to take to the next level. He loves seeing the vibe of the crowd and people moving to his performances. After several months of self-teaching himself how to DJ, mix, and remix, he started to promote his name to the public and make a name for himself.
Now at 19, Mike has established himself to be a professional and well-known DJ around the tri-state area. Mike is also a well established club DJ, playing at venues such as Pacha NYC & Joey Harrison's Surf Club, and holding residencies at Karma (as seen on MTV's "Jersey Shore"), 4sixty6, Club Merge in Seaside Heights, & Bliss Lounge, to name a few. He is a top-selling artist on a popular DJ remixing website "Crack4DJs.net", the smaller branch of the popular "CrooklynClan.net", where all of his remixes and bootlegs have been sold to DJ's worldwide. Some of his remix's have been supported by big name DJ's including Pauly D, and most of them have even been played on New York's "92.3 NOW Saturday Night Dance Factory" and 103.5 KTU FM. He has also played alongside international artists such as LMFAO, and shared the decks with house music talents Afrojack, Bobby Burns, Zedd, and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano to name a few. Whether it is playing the biggest hit on the radio, an explosive house track, or one of his own remix/bootleg tracks, Mike knows how to react to the crowd to keep them dancing throughout the night. He looks to the future of expanding his name around the country, making his bootlegs, remixes, and productions famous, and making a living out of his passion.
