Peace, Love and Bass!

Sometimes when you're sitting alone and the world starts to quiet around you, you can feel this underlying pressure. A pressure not quantifiable in anything besides a presence you can "sense". As if somethings not right in the world and you can feel the disharmony if you listen close enough. I know its not just me who hears it, I meet people all the time who talk about it, sometimes unknowning of what they really speak of. When brought to attention I'm constantly surprised at how many people are totally aware of it but act with the "what can I do about it" attitude.

The problem is that we get caught in this crazy whirl wind called life. People telling us to be one thing or another, sometimes even self imposing thoughts on ourselves about what who or what we should be. To a point that sometimes that we forget who we are, and the things that make us, well... us.

Sometimes we need a certain ground breaking, bone jarring, mind blowing experience to wake us up. Some might say something to strengthen the faith in mankind and some might say something to bring us back to center. Something to let us reminder who we really are and what we are really capable of. Its these type of experiences I seek, with people who understand me, in places where we can be ourselves. Call it what you will, its different for everyone and every group has a different name for it. Its like home as soon as you enter, that warm sense of familiarity, energy and excitement. For me that is where music like this is played.

That previous feeling when you're alone, that press's in on you is now gone, filled with the love of the experience. The love of your friends, the love of the music, in truth, its about learning to love life. Once you can do that I don't think anything can stop you, or us. I think the greatest leaders of our time, those who have created the biggest impacts on the world all knew this and implemented it. Now imagine what you can do. Anything you want to. Challenge yourself, the world is a playground, enjoy it!

But remember a key to life is to project what you want, project love and love comes back to you, project peace and it will come back to you.

Some ask if "Do you go to Church"? I respond with, "Every weekend". You can find me Where the soundsystems thunder and the people shout with excitement, and embrace in love while celebrating life. Where faith is restored. These are the places I call home, These are the places I find my Peace, Love and Bass.
