Whether you’re rocking out to his set at a Major hotspot or listening to one of his mixes, the distinctive sound of Flaco Flash is evident. Though his roots stem from Latin music, Flaco has one of the most creative arrangements of music that you will ever hear. He spins anything and everything from Electronic tunes, to Hip Hop and of course he tosses in that Latin twist most djs can not deliver.
In 2008 he was asked to be one of the key note speakers at the Million DJ March in Washington D.C. Not to mention that same year he won "Best Reggaeton Mixtape Dj" at the Justo Mix Tape Awards. Flaco Flash has also been recognized with the prestigious title of “Mixologist DJ of the Year” at the International DJ Awards in 2010. In 2012 he spun at the "Midwest Monster Showcase" and "The Wreckless Wobbles" event at SXSW in Austin, Tx. and was asked to return again in 2013. Flaco Flash has been nominated three years in a row at the Ohio Hip Hop Awards and was voted "Best Dj" in this years Cleveland Scene Magazine "Best Of Cleveland 2013".
He has worked alongside some of the best DJs, Artists and Companies known locally and internationally such as The Discofries, Krewella, Sway, Dj Drama, Mick Boogie, Paul Wall, Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Jay Sean, Dev, Wisin & Yandel, Toby Love, Shade 45, Monster Products, Lexus, Budweiser, Barcardi, Livemixtapes, Ilthy, Another Enemy, Young & Reckless, Kettle One, Moet, Corona, Red Bull, Monster Products and Vitamin Water. Now days Flaco Flash has added production to his list of musical skills. With that being said, original production work has earned him a new place in the dj/producer world. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona and jet sets across the nation to perform his sets. Before that he served in the military and was stationed in Georgia, Virginia, and Germany where he has spun at many different events. He has also lived in Puerto Rico, Louisville, Orlando and Miami where he attended the Scratch Academy but Ohio is still his home. His distinctive ability to keep his listeners and crowds entertained makes him impossible to forget.
