DJ and producer Felixus alias Jiri Stadnik was born in 1985 in Most. He was fascinated by any dance music from a very young age. A love of this kind of music was always an integral part of his life. No matter his age he grabs two tape-recorder cassettes to try to mix two different songs together. It seems that this is the first impulse to his career.
Complete passion for the music begins at the age of seventeen as a typical teenager. He discovers the club scene, the people inside and specially the guy on the DJ stage. Jirka looked at the DJ stage and knew that some day he would be the one up there.
The unspeakable desire to mix gives him the idea to make his own dance party. And finally He did. It took place in a small village near city Most. This party was a big success, so there were two other parties at the same place later. In this time he had no equipment besides his computer, so he decided to buy a new professional mix table. Then he intensively practices.
The right step for the professional path forced him to buy even better accessories for DJing, so he gets two top-of-the-line turntables. Then He practices intensively again. Until then he listened and plays all kind of dance music. Suddenly at the beginning of 2008 He focuses principally on styles like electro & progressive house. In his sets he knows that this kind of music is most of the time very moody, so he tries to mix his songs (besides CD players) from the classic vinyls which they are able to get all clubbers into ecstasy. Because of playing mainly from the turntables he adds many vinyl tricks and scratches into his sets. In the same year his own initiative bringing him many possibilities to play in many clubs in the north Czech. Finally he can do what he was born for...
