Detski. Aka. Ivan Eastley - 22 year old DJ and producer based in London, UK. Eastley has been producing tunes for well over eight years, starting in 2004 with Apple's Garageband. Even before that however, Eastley used to produce fun, basic tracks with Playstation's top game: 'Music'. Since then he has expanded his equipment and software to produce and DJ the latest music in Tech-House, Techno/Minimal and Drum & Bass. He is a third year BSc Chemistry student, studying at Queen Mary's University of London and finds an unusual synthesis between the precise art of Chemistry and the science of music.
Logic Pro is his weapon of choice when it comes down to production but a pair of Technics does him best when he likes to mix. Eastley most enjoys working in a team and is always looking for other DJs/producers to collaborate and expand with, in a world where competition often out-does co-operation.
