DJ Dean Michaels started his own entertainment company, Dean Michaels Entertainment, LLC in 2000. After establishing and running the successful NY/NJ business he realized that his music and talent was truly meant for the masses. Moving down to South Florida in 2001 to attend the Florida Atlantic University, he quickly began to pursue a career in the nightclub scene. In those 4 years at college, he had accomplished his goal of performing at many of the top clubs in South Florida. During that same time, DJ Dean Michaels spent 6 months living in Florence, Italy performing regularly at Dolce Zuccherro, Universale, and Central Park.
In the mid 2000’s DJ Dean Michaels relocated back to his roots in The East Coast, where he made a name for himself holding regular spots in New York City and New Jersey nightclubs. Dean was also a part of New York’s historical and leading Radio Station, Z100. Where he’s performed many events including Z100’s All Access Lounge ’07 and numerous appearances and concerts.
The best part about DJ Dean Michaels is that his music has no boundaries. Currently Dean is living in Miami, DJing parties, Fashion Shows, Charity Events, High-End Private Events, Pool Parties and Launching Fragrances and other Brands. He has just returned from his Mini-Euro Tour, playing at various top clubs in Marbella, Spain. Dean is currently the Resident DJ for several top hotels and clubs in South Florida, and was the first ever live DJ on Miami’s hottest new radio station MIA 93.9 fm.
DJ Dean Michaels is YOUR DJ. This New Jersey native is known in the industry as a ‘chameleon dj’. By displaying equally proficient skills in both unrehearsed sets, and coordinated themed events.
You can find DJ Dean Michaels spinning at the hottest clubs in South Beach, New York, Italy, and New Jersey. His more recent 2010 European Tour included a hip-hop take over of southern Spain, that left them spinning for more. He’s frequently flying into Costa Rica and will be taking it over seas to Thailand and Bangkok to bring in the new year.
Appearing regularly in live-on-the radio mix shows, club appearances, concerts, special private events, fashion shows and parties, Dean’s one of the most in demand DJs on the East coast and South Florida.
