Ok, so my pal fell in love with his gym teacher and he bugged the shit out of me to make a mix to impress her. I resisted at first then realized if I wasn't a DJ I would bug me too in order to get into her panties. I half-assed it and never did the scratches...it's just a rough computer mix, but it's fun and good for an hour workout. It starts with 10 minutes of warm-up nonsense and closes with 10 minutes of even worse cool-down nonsense.
