Brandon currently resides in the city of Johannesburg, within the Gauteng province of South Africa, which is where he grew up & has spent most of his life. He took a paralleled interest in Rap & Dance music as early as 1991 with the likes of groups & artists such as Vanilla Ice, Kriss Kross, Snap, Snow, C&C Music Factory, Mc Hammer, Fresh Prince, Studio 69 & the Fu Schnickens. He was bitten badly by the influencial dance music bug around 1993 - along with the boom of the South African 'rave scene' more towards 1995. Attending raves all over Jo'burg such as Mother, ICE, Sperminator & Camel Experience with his girlfriend (& now wife), brother & friends, just fueled his fire to fuse fun & music. This is where he started to develop a craving for unique, deep, dark, ominous beats with a progressive undercurrent or electro underground sound.

Following a more conservative career path within I.T. and Telecommunications had him keeping music as a hobby on the back-burner, though he never lost touch with his passion. This lead to several live DJ sets at various events over the last odd 10 years being house partys, weddings, engagement, going-away, and house-warming partys, but to name a few. This gave him the stretch & width of variety in all music genres, as playing for the crowd was a must...

In stepped SecondLife, Digitally Imported Music and The Information Era, which in hope of connecting the crowd & DJ has spawned his first un-released album in Nov 2009, "Assistant to Musician" by DJ Brandon BurnOut. The 1st album puts together Minimal & emanating Electro Tech with a progressive bassline to keep it upbeat. Watch out for the 2nd album release, "A victim of connected circumstance" planned in the first half of 2010 with more to come. Hope it's just plain fun & you enjoy it... ..YNWA... ;-)
