Vargas was born on 1981 Quezon City, Philippines. In 1990 he then moved to Orange County, California. Vargas was first inspired by hip hop when he first watched the movie "Beat Street" in 1994. He began learning break dancing in a Bboy group called "T.I." (Totally Insane Breakers.) Vargas began to explore the other aspects of hip hop through external influences from Invisible Scratch Picklez and DJ Qbert and began pursuing to be a Turntablist DJ after. Vargas's father bought him two Gemini XL200 DJ turntables and PMX 500 mixer for Christmas in 1995. He then began his long extensive career into music at the age of 14, bought Technics 1200's and a vestax 05 mixer. Vargas began making more instrumental beats after hearing Dj Shadow. Vargas Began his craft as a recording engineer in the year 1998. Got into the recording business in 2005 with the help of his talented recording engineer mentor Damon Cisneros (www.bodigm.com). Damon has introduced Vargas to the talented musician Ross May from band The Faded Chroniclez (Check out their music here: www.myspace.com/fadedchroniclez). Vargas had toured with the Faded Chroniclez from 2007 to 2009. At the same had built a musician client base outside the music he was pushing. His client work can be viewed at Noetic Recordings. Vargas has joined forces with The Anticitizens (www.myspace.com/theanticitizens) in mid 2009 as their main Scratch Dj/ Turntablist. Its been a long way, but where he stands there is still a lot of room for growth and improvement to accomplish in both business, artistic, and science of music.
