Ulix and Symann are two aliases of Uroš Klančar that represent different forms of underground electronic music. Dark, deeper side of dancefloor oriented techno and diverse combination of intelligent dance music (IDM), deep tech house, ambiental and experimental chillout. Ulix has been a dj and event promotor for more than fifteen years and his contribution to Slovenia electronic music scene can be considered as substantial. He is a resident DJ in leading alternative club Klub K4-Ljubljana, frequently plays on other venues, festivals and corporate events. Symann stands for phillosophy that DJ is an artist who creates the vibe and despite the digital era stays true to vinyl with highest level of meticolous technical precision. He has released tracks for Soul Industries, Tehnika and Biomechanics and runs label Synaptic Pathways with focus on deeper side of electronica. Symann also leads Synaptic crew which is involved mainly in creative event organisation and promotion of alternative electronic music. Future Symann's tendencies are to get involved in corporate events performances, multidisciplinary art projects and collaborations with other artists.
