1982 – A great year full of occurrences!
Nicole won the Grand Prix d’Eurovision with her song “Ein bisschen Frieden”, Italy won the world championship against Germany… Wait a moment! Please do rewind…!!!!
We’re talking about something complete different now!

While these sorrowful occurrences happened, a new sprout of hope arose!
In this year Socay and his talent were born on the 10th of March and with him his unique wish for ingenuity, musical independence and never-to-be-forgotten again grew along. And with this he went his way…

It was the path exploring the world, the music, smoky clubs and the subcultures. Other 17 year old youngsters were saving on their driver’s license, Socay bought himself two wobbly Reloop Turntables and a creaking Gemini mixer console and built them up in his bedroom, which he had converted to a lounge. Socay tried himself with his first own records of interprets we rather shouldn’t mention in this context because they already have been burned solemnly. ;-);-)

With the years his own apartment, his equipment, his record collection with all of its quality, his fandom and his sound level grew. Plenty of moons had to go by while Socay prepared himself for his big task. After several of years working hard on forming his music of spheres for the ears of other listeners in the world and presenting a very specific musical pleasure, Socay joined the “Schallfusion” Crew. The consequences by doing so were that his neighbors were very delighted and that he was able to make his first steps on stage of some of the most popular clubs in Augsburg, Ulm, Günzburg and from the Wurzelmax in Burgau (nobody knows about) to the Love Parade in Berlin 2002. It does sound like becoming a self-made millionaire, doesn’t it?! It is achievable, if you believe in the energy of sound and live the spirit, like Socay does, if you just serve the partycrowd exactly all of THAT and if you keep on holding on to the ‘forward trend’!

Presently he is mainly rocking the Swabian and Bavaria country with references of ‘La Mancha’ in Ulm, former ‘Moonbox’ in Augsburg, ‘Calypso’ in Jettingen/Scheppach, ‘Underground’ in Lauingen, ‘S-One’ in Kaufbeuern and ‘Strobe Club’ in Munich.
He also provides his audience with varied sets over online radio or musical stocks in the internet.
