Very early in life, Reas was under the influence of funk music thanks to his sister vast collection. Then hip hop and DJing came along and he started to mix. A resident of Geneva's first house clubs and events, DJ Reas played countless Swiss clubs since 1987, having worked in Geneva's first specialized record store back in 1993 before operating his own in 2001. Reas produces with Sir George on the Chez Music (US) and Trax Of Interest (D) record labels. At the decks every weekend as on his own clubnights in town, DJ Reas keeps his sets open to more than one style of music, from the dance classics he grew up with to the latest tracks of the many DJs and producers he played with.
