Marquis Eddie Oxendine, Born 18 July 1988,known as Qisi (pronounced: key-see;) is an American musician, Dj, and record producer of EDM (Electronic Dance Music). Although he has used Dj Oxy in the past, he is best known for his work as Dj Qisi. On his latest productions, however, he has dropped the "Dj" label and is now known simply as "Qisi", an artist name which is of his childhood nickname.
