Mikey Duncan is a name spreading across the Scottish electronic music scene quite rapidly with some consistently brilliant sets everywhere he plays.
Playing all genres of House music he leaves every dance floor buzzing and wanting more of his unique style.
His dynamic and confident attitude as well as his love for music stand him in good stead for every gig he plays.
Mikey has been DJ'ing for about 7 years now, but it wasn't until the summer of 2010 when he won a Battle Of The DJ's competition at Lourenzos Nightclub in Dunfermline that he started to really take things seriously and push for more frequent gigs to start getting his name around.
This has led to Mikey playing twice for Scotland's biggest promoter Colours, once at The Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh supporting Tiesto & Hardwell at the massive Club Life Tour and also at The Arches in Glasgow for their huge 17th Birthday Party supporting Gareth Emery, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano.
Mikey has also played at the legendary Ministry Of Sound Club and the O2 in London supporting some huge international artists such as Fedde Le Grand, Michael Woods, Chris Avantgarde, EDX, Tocadisco, Arno Cost, Kim Fai, Futuristic Polar Bears, Kryder, Manuel De La Mare, Igor Project, Ant Brooks & Dan Castro.
Other artists that he has supported include Koen Groneveld, Federico Scavo, East & Young, Thomas Gold & Nari & Milani.
He also played in Ibiza at the Pukka Up bar & Kilties Scottish bar in San Antonio as well as playing on the much anticipated opening Storm Babes t.v boat party.
Production / remixing is a big love of Mikey's now and he has been signed to Pareja Records and added to their artist roster.
Labels that Mikey has music released on include:
Burnk Digital (Italy) -
Off The Scale Recordings (UK) -
Lekkere Musiek (UK) -
& Punkture Records (UK) -
There looks to be a very bright future ahead for this talented DJ / producer so watch out for him playing at a venue near you.
