Medicine Man started playing Drum N Bass music back in 1997. Hailing from Austin, Texas, Medicine Man worked with others to throw parties and had a residency at the Spy Room in San Antonio. He played many shows up until 2002 when he left the state for a few years only to return to a deminished local and national scene. Now Medicine Man founded the Texas chapter for M.I.A. Crew (based out of Chicago) and representing Everydayjunglist.com (EDJ) here in Austin, Texas. Expanding his horizons after reconnecting with DJ CSN with whom Medicine Man first worked with when starting out in DnB, they are bringing back 3rd Coast Bass Crew first established in 1998 to upgrade an already promising DnB scene in Austin currently by bringing bigger and better names to his shows. Working with EDJ, he conducted interviews with DnB producers like: Dirtyphonics; ShockOne; Sigma; Phetsta; Rollz and more which has led to a huge arsenal of dancefloor dubs to dazzle the crowds with. He also hosted his own internet radio show named "Oral Examinations w/ DJ Medicine Man" for about a year and five months before refocusing on promotion and djing. In mid 2011 he started Oral Examinations up again every Wednesday night from 10-2am on Everydayjunglist.com TV. Expect big things from 3rd Coast Bass Crew; Everyday Junglist Crew and Medicine Man in the near future.
