Maja Edelbring better known as Mayka is a Swedish DJ, producer and songwriter. With a true DIY spirit and gigs all the way from New York to New Delhi – she’s a diligent clubkid and a known name in the Stockholm dance scene.


During summer Mayka was touring all over Scandinavia together with Swedish new pop breakthrough Alina Devecerski. She has also been support to international artists such as Justice, The Magician, Mord Fustang, Toxic Avenger, Breakbot and Kissy Sell Out.
With a colorful mix of house and electro she always turns her dance floors into sweat dripping infernos.

Influenced by world music, ancient drums and orchestral movie soundtracks she has recently stepped into the world of production – Fighting for more Yin in the field of electronic music.

Her tropical debut single ”Bonanza” (2012, Uniform Beat) instantly got remixed by techno producer Style of Eye and created a lot of buzz in the blogosphere. With a lot of attention and several releases throughout the year she has got the honorable and promising nickname ”The reigning queen of the Swedish electro scene”.
