DJ Lively born and raised in a small town in Surrey. He started mixing and Producing at the age of 16. He was already turning heads with his first gig being a 2 hour set in front of 500 people at a festival in Surrey, things went from strength to strength building up a good name and reputation within the local scene. He then headed off to the ACM at 17 and was picked to represent Vestax on the launch of the PDX2000 at Earls Court 2 (London) and GMEX Arena (Manchester) at the Nike Free styler Tournament. The summer was coming and he was picked again twice to DJ for Nike and M.O.S and Kiss FM for the Scorpion Tournament at the Millennium Dome (London) after playing at the dome he then had to make his way down to The Ocean Rooms (Brighton) where he was playing along side the likes of Ed Solo,Ruff Stuff, Shabba D, Mc Fun, all this at just 17. After that he helped run and deejayed for a successful free party sound system for 4 years putting on raves in fields and warehouses across the UK nearly every weekend. The police seizing there sound system twice still did not stop them, including one rave that gained a lot of media attention. He has also played on most of the active freeparty sound-systems in the uk. Since then lively has mixed in clubs in Denmark and Sweden. Lively has a very broad musical taste, his heart is in drum and bass, but that doesn't stop him listening, making and playing a very wide selection of music. Look out for future, Dub Step, Tech house, Techno, Trance and Hip hop tracks by Lively as well as the drum and bass he is also working hard on. If you thought this was it, he has also dipped his toes in extra work, he can be seen as a extra for Warner Music Group Video, Pendulum – showdown. Look out for Intra:Sounds in 2010, lively's label hosting the very best in house and dubstep.
