Miss Jackalope is DefCon's Resident DJ and occasionally Chief Troublemaker. She has been throwing parties, spinning drum and bass, electrohouse, breaks, and playing hard techno since 1996. She loves comic books, computer security, lock picking, the 303 and 23b, pouring drinks, learning the art of OSINT, and teaching people how to be a bit more secure in their day to day lives.

Jackalope represents DefCON and the drum and bass documentary, The American Jungle.

Currently, she writes an electronic music column for the Denver Examiner at http://www.examiner.com/x-45025-Denver-Electronic-Music-Examiner and occasionally writes some reviews for Sequential Tart (http://www.sequentialtart.com) e-Zine, an all chicks e-zine devoted to comic books and love of sequential art.
