Inspired by the love for music & her surroundings, Illy P saved up money and splurged on a pair of turntables in her late teens. A devoted and professional DJ, Illy’s craft is shown all throughout her party rocking sets. With the unique blends of hip hop (old school and new), R&B, and reggae sounds; her mixing shows versatility and an extensive passion for music. With her every set she proves that female DJs don’t lack talent and aptness to play on vinyl. In addition to her roles as an event promoter and an established female DJ in New York City, this Bangkok native (raised in Queens, NY) is also a freelance graphic designer.
