Dastro’s admiration for the art of DJing began after he went to his first concert, Tiesto. After this first concert, Tiesto became a role model and a DJ to follow for the upcoming DJ. At the age of 13 after having earned up a few dollars, Dastro bought his first DJ controller, the Numark Mixdeck. After a year of DJing at local parties, he became interested with the art of music production. So he earned up a few dollars and bought his first DAW, Logic Pro. Logic Pro became a studio where Dastro could let his imagination run free and create all the sounds he wished for. He started sending demos and promos out to record labels, and his first release came out through Semitrance Records at the age of 16 under the name of his DJ/Producer duo, Dasquo_o. With support from other local DJs by the likes of Mazo Boyz, Freddy and support on his Feed the Dada remix by Kevin Focus. Dastro is and upcoming, young producer that will stand out in the EDM scene in the near future.
