DJ BLITZ aka Daniel Richmond is a 25 year old DJ/ producer/ promotor who has been in the scene no less then 5 years. in that time he has played many a club up and down the country. Starting out in his home town of Hull, he played a Hull's leading night Shinobi. shortly after this, he moved to London, for bgger and better things. in the 2 and half years he has lived in the capital, he has played at Ministry of Sound, Jamm Club, Babylou, Plan B and Fabric, in London. Custard Factory in Birmingham, Volks Club in Brighton, Club 2xs in Bournemouth, The Mint in Scunthorpe and a Pluritek PKF in the south of France.
Blitz studied creative music production at the British Academy of New Music for a year before studying music culture at University of East London. He has been producing for 3 years now and has various tracks online, check his soundcloud at dj blitz for his tracks and mixes.
A year ago Dj Blitz started promoting, helping run a night called ALLSORTZ at Babylou in Brixton, although this was shortlived, he had a taste for it and upon commencing university he started another night called Beat-hoven with a mate on his course.
