DJ Andy Rogers had his first experiments with the Djing at the age of 16 years in a youth center in Munich.
There, he then must deal with two Technics 1210s and a mixer in terms of black music. CD players were even at that time not the measure of things.
Inspired by the time he was one of the best black music DJs in London: DJ IceCap.
He had heard him hang up first thing in the club "Uprising" with 16 years and knew that that had to be his goal.
Of course, then quickly had her two turntables and a mixer.
And then it went off.
Vinyl was purchased by and by, for hours at home practicing transitions and scratched.
There followed 17 years with the first gigs in Munich recreational centers where Brake Dancing and black music were commonplace. Of course, some participated in and around Munich's DJ contest and won.
At 18, he was then quite by chance his first appearance in a Munich club in the middle of Schwabing (Jambo Jambo) and then started his career.
Always inspired by his example and then boyfriend, DJ IceCap had, he then also some gigs with him in various club's in Munich.
As resident DJ at the club Jacki O. He then has the "roof on fire" position. There were several jobs in and around Munich.
At that time he had dealt with exclusively black music.
For family reasons, he had a maximum of 6 years must withdraw from the DJ'ing and in that time has found the electronic music of which he was also inspired early on.
Since about 1 year he is back behind the decks and you will sound for his own unique sound.
His motto "Say no matter" is also passed into his mixes which can be heard in current, classics and his own house remixes.

Dj AndyRogers hatte seine ersten Versuche mit dem Djing im Alter von 16 Jahren in einem Münchner Jugendtreff.
Dort hat er sich dann mit 2 Technics 1210er und einem Mischpult in Sachen Black Music auseinandersetzen müssen. CD-Player waren ja zu dieser Zeit nicht das Maß der Dinge.
Inspiriert wurde er damals von einem der besten Black Music DJs in München: DJ IceCap.

Natürlich mussten dann schnell zwei Turntables und ein Mischpult her.
Und nun ging es los.
Vinyl wurde nach und nach gekauft, Zuhause stundenlang Übergänge geübt und gescratcht.
Es folgten dann mit 17 Jahre die ersten Gigs in Münchner Freizeitheimen wo Brake Dancing und Black Music an der Tagesordnung waren. Natürlich wurde in München und Umgebung einige Dj contest´s mitgemacht und auch gewonnen.
Mit 18 Jahren hatte er dann ganz zufällig seinen ersten Auftritt in einem Münchener Club mitten in Schwabing (Jambo Jambo) und nun begann seine Karriere.
Immer inspiriert von seinem Vorbild und dann auch Freund ,DJ IceCap, hatte er dann auch einige Auftritte mit ihm in diversen Club´s in München.
Als Resident DJ in dem Club Jacki O. hat er dann das „Roof on fire“ gebracht. Es folgten mehrere Jobs in München und Umgebung.
Zu dieser Zeit hatte er sich ausschließlich mit Black Music beschäftigt.
Aus Familiären Gründen hatte er sich dann 6 Jahre von dem Dj´ing zurückziehen müssen und hat in dieser Zeit zur elektronischen Musik gefunden von der er aber auch schon frühers inspiriert wurde.
Seit ca. 1 Jahr ist er wieder hinter den Decks und wird euch mit seinen ganz eigenen Sound beschallen.
Seine Motto "Say no matter" wird auch in seinen Mixen weitergegeben in denen aktuelle, classics und auch eigene House Remixes zu hören sind.
