Disembraining Songs is an experimental music/noise/weirdness label founded in the mid 90's by Recordist/Surrealist artist and musician W.A.Davison. Disembraining Songs was preceded by the tape labels Anathema (early 90's) and Rembrandt X-Ray (mid to late 80's. Co-founded by G.C.Denton).

Disembraining Songs releases are all handmade in small quantities (sometimes in limited editions) by W.A.Davison. Currently, these releases are only available for sale at live performances by Disembraining Songs artists (or at other events where W.A. happens to be). They are not for sale via mail-order, internet, ebay, other labels or distributors, etc. Trades via mail or in-person are, however, a definite possibility.
