Stefano is a legend of the Manchester music scene. As a producer he has had releases on Rob Gretton's (New Order Manager) Pleasure Records, Yeti, News, Schtum, before being signed to the now defunkt Creation label, (home to Oasis & Primal Scream) published by BMG & Warner Chappel. His releases at this time have sold in excess of 70,000 units.

As a DJ Stefano has done it all. He began his career in the early 1990s as part of the MVITA Soundsystem, promoters of legendary warehouse parties in Manchester and the North West of England & residents @ The Midland, Konspiracy, The House, PSV, Epping Walk & The Kitchen parties.

During these heady days of acid house, Stefano supported The Stone Roses at Spike Island alongside Paul Oakenfold and Frankie Bones and has toured as support for bands such as Happy Mondays, 808 State, Inspiral Carpets, Terry Callier, The Jb's, The Four Brothers, Dust Junkies, Oasis, Run DMC, Audioweb, Sub Sub, ACR. Playing everywhere from Glastonbury (1990 & 1992) Brixton Academy, Reykyavik (Iceland) Ibiza, Slovenia, sharing billing with Sasha, Carl Cox, K-Klass, Fabio, Groverider and Goldie, Marseilles with Get the Curse, Non e Possibile, Croatia with Mondo Disco, Alexander Robotnik, Danny Wang, Nathan Fake, NightFlight, Polaroid..

Appeared on Dance Daze for Channel 4, Battery Park on BBC digital t.v, Guest mixes on radio shows such as, the Hacienda radio show on Sunset, Matt Thompson on Kiss, 808 State on Galaxy, On The Wire for BBC radio Lancashire. Stefano is also a regular fixture on David Dunne’s NuCool show on Galaxy Radio, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Joey Negro, Alfredo, Paul Woolford Graeme Park and Greg Wilson,.

Stefano also spent 2 years behind the counter of the record shop Eastern Bloc, where he was the buyer for disco, Balearic & deep house .

From 1994 - 2004 Stefano was resident at One Tree Island with Mr.Scruff and travelled around the UK to Womad festival (95 - 98), Ministry of Sound & Ormonds – London, The Hacienda - Manchester, Back 2 Basics Leeds, The Thekla - Bristol, The Crok Trail – Chester (1999 - 2004).

From 2000 - present resident dj, promoter & guested at Shoot Speed Originally @ Fat Cat (Manchester) & Bluu (Liverpool) now @ Cord, Supervision @ Glass, Dixies Parlour @ Berlin, Kindergarten @ The Attic, The Dogstar - Brixton, Funkt @ Mass, Beatbox – Swansea, Eruption @ The 333 Club, The Pussy Foot Tour with Howie B, Dobie & Spacer, Ny Sushi – The Unit, Romp @ The Harley, Sequence @ Sankeys, Creation @ Home (London) Racket @ The BorderLine, Dice Club @ South, Saturday @ Revolution..

Currently promoting & djing at his weekly party The Disco Outcasts @ the Purple Pussy Cat, where he has booked The Revenge, Andrew Allsgood, Maelstrom, Ray Mang, Social Disco Club, amongst others to play at this kitch venue. Also working on some studio material in collaboration with Pulp Disco, recently being signed to Electric Sheep Recordings. The debut ‘Witches’ has been play listed by the likes of Rune Lindbæk, Unabombers, Dub The Disco, James Holroyd and David Dunne. The track has featured heavily on the Galaxy Network ‘Nu Cool’ Show along with Stefano’s guest mixes

Stefano is one of the most versatile DJs around, equally at home playing italo, cosmic, afro & boogie as he is playing house and techno, as comfortable playing for 2 hours as he is for 5 hours.
