Doing their first musical steps in 2004 the DIRTY RAGGA Squad Soundsystem constantly grew. Today the crew counts 12 members- djs, mcs, camera, street artists and event managers- and more than 300 international bookings.

Their Berlin resident event series DANCEHALL VIBES focuses on bringing new musical and cultural influences to the roots of Reggae and Dancehall styles DRS started with. For the last 8 years DHV has been the party where people could enjoy artists from many places all over the world presenting ever flashing sounds and styles!

DRS DJ sets are a wild and unlimited mixture featuring the finest of Reggae, Soul, Funk & HipHop, Dancehall, Dubstep, Tropical Bass up to Elektro, House, Drum'n'Bass & Raggajungle! The many friendships and cooperations with various artists have led to a great collection of dubplates which DRS enjoys as much as the remixes and video clips they have produced during the years.

Since the DANCEHALL VIBES RADIO show is regularly airing, DRS is spreading the love and joy they find in music out to the kitchens, cars and living rooms of fans, friends and reggae aficionados!

Im Jahre 2004 tauchte Dirty Ragga Squad zum ersten Mal auf der Landkarte der deutschen Soundsystemkultur auf, inzwischen können die 12 Mitglieder auf über 300 internationale Bookings zurückblicken.

Mit ihrer Partyreihe "Dancehallvibes", die monatlich in Berlin stattfindet, fördern Dirty Ragga Squad seit 8 Jahren den kulturellen Austausch mit Künstlern aus dem Ausland und lassen sich auch musikalisch nicht von Genregrenzen abschrecken.

Nach dem Motto "tanzbar und mit fetter Bassline" entführen die Jungs euch auf eine musikalische Weltreise – von Reggae, Soul, Funk und HipHop, Dancehall, Dubstep, über Tropical Bass, Elektro, House bis hin zu Drum'n'Bass und Raggajungle bringen Dirty Ragga Squad jeden Club zum Kochen.

Abgerundet sind die Sets mit Dubplates, Remixen und inzwischen auch eigenen Produktionen – denn neben der hauseigenen Radiosendung „Dancehallvibes Radio“ produziert die Crew auch noch eigene Beats.

R2D2 mixt die Stile wie kein anderer DJ aus Berlin. Immer auf das Publikum und den Vibe eingehend, trifft Reggae auf Tropical Bass, Hip Hop auf Dubstep oder Ragga Jungle - oder auch auf Balkan Beats, Breakbeats und House. Dubplates, Remixe und eigene Produktionen machen sein Set einzigartig.

R2D2 gründete 2004 das Soundsystem Dirty Ragga Squad, das inzwischen auf mehr als 350 internationale Bookings zurückblicken kann.

Mit seinen eigenen Veranstaltungenreihen "Dancehallvibes" und "Bassline Madness" im Yaam sowie "Bassline Thirsty" im Raumklang konnte er schon vielen internationalen Künstlern eine Plattform bieten, sich dem Berliner Publikum zu präsentieren.

R2D2 ist außerdem einmal im Monat live als Moderator und DJ der "Dancehallvibes Radio Show" auf Multicult.fm zu hören.
