Biography:

Shortly after leaving school in 1999 Dion bought himself a pair of the infamous Technics SLD1200 turntables and started collecting Vinyl. Influenced by the likes of Graham Park , Allister Whitehead , Joey Negro, Carl Cox, Eric Morillo and many more Dion set out to learn what these global stars had mastered.
Driven by passion but lacking in skill he carried on regardless with no concept of how to cue up a track never mind how beat match he was happy collecting records.
At 17 Dion started experiencing club life in Leeds (UK) and would spend half the night watching the DJ trying to figure out how to mix and learn the techniques of the professionals. Eventually it clicked and gradually After a year and a half he started learning to mix properly.
A couple of years down the line whilst out clubbing Dion met another DJ called Nick Ellerbeck. Who saw his potential and without a doubt helped him become the DJ he is today.
Eventually with about 6 years practice under his belt Dion finally had the confidence to play to a crowd. He Started off Playing small bars and parties trying to develop his own sound. It Wasn't till after he entered a DJ competition that he started getting recognised.
After Winning the MIXFACTOR in 2007 Dion Started Playing For the some of the Biggest club nights in the country being asked to play for the likes of Glasshouse, Federation, Love2Be, Garlands and Hectik. Playing along side DJs Such as FreeMasons, Soul Avengerz, Jason Herd, Esquire, K Klass, Dirty Freek , Jeremy Healey, Tony Walker, Micki slim, Rob Tissera and Many, Many more.
To Keep things fresh and moving forward Dion had already taken an interest in production to keep his sets original and unique.
Now 13 nearly 14 years on producing music has become centre focus.
He is writing the next chapter as we speak............
