After having followed a musical education at the conservatoire of music in Nîmes (South of France), Billy Simon A.K.A Happy Face starts Djing at 16. A few years later, he played in many nightclubs beside well-known artists of the international electronic scene as Huoratron, Missil, Jack Beats, stereoheroes, djedjotronic…
Happy Face has worked with Habstrakt (Dub & Run, Château Bruyant) on a new project called Digital Empire, in 2010. Together they will be noticed with their « JJ – Ceo Birthday » remix and then appeared beside Doctor P, Bare Noize, Temper D, Fare Too Loud…
Happy face is continuing to carry alone Digital Empire’s flag higher in 2011 by producing strong and melodic dubstep sets. His only purpose: invade ears!
