About

Dies Irae fell in love with electronic music in 1999, after eating his first xtc pill.
His ‘summer of love’ is now almost over, but the love for music is still alive and has burned ever since.

He began producing rudimentary tunes in that period, but unfortunately lost his way and started again to produce many years later, in 2010.
Still, many other things happened over the years.

He began playing records in 2005 and his horizons widened, including more and more new sounds, coming from the late 90’s techno clubs to goa trance festivals, from the hardtekno Italian rave scene (playing with "Crustek Machine") to the new electro-tech-breaks sound with "The Big Fat Bass", project which is still active.

For “The Big Fat Bass” experience, he’s played alongside with: Leeroy Thornill (EX- Prodigy), Darren Price (Underworld), Blatta&Inesha, Gigi Barocco, Fisso&Spark, Aeph and many others.

His first label is Blame Society records, for which he will print two tracks on vinyl: "OMG" and "Dies Irae" in 2011.
