Diametral was founded in 2010 by Matthias Springer (Munich) & Oliver Roos (Frankfurt).

Diametral seems not to be an ordinary label, instead it is a network of different labels covering a large spectrum of electronic music form thrill to chill. The general aim is to support young, talented producers in electronic music, who are sick of the current “minimal” mainstream sound or the mainstream in general. It is very important to us that techno is not be seen in a functional way only, instead as an interpretation of the own experience, impressions and emotions.

Therefore Diametral is hosting a couple of inhouse labels such as “Diametral Express” or “Diametral Cube”, but also some external imprints like the swedish “Logism” of Allan Blomquist or Dimbidub´s “DimbiDeep Music” for that kind of real dubtronica. All labels are related to digital releases only, but some of that great sound will be released beside on “Diamtral Limited” as 12” inch for some limited copies.

But in the end the most important thing to Diametral is that our artists coin our labels instead of labels coining theire artists.
