After 12 years of producing and dj'ing various underground genres, under many different guises, Riggsy and Dave started the 'dharkfunkh' project in early 2012.

Now concentrating on House and Tech of the deep variety, they have quickly moulded a unique sound for themselves. Recent signings include an E.P and a single to Andre Crom's highly respected label 'OFF Recordings' from Berlin, Leeds based house outfit 'LoveNotMoney Records', and Midlands based 'Element Recordings' to name a few.

Their tracks have been getting support, radio plays and praise worldwide from artists such as Alex P, Andre Crom, Alexis Raphael, Chris James, Huxley, Allan McGrath (Anjunadeep), Dale Howard, Jewels Hartnell (Passion.fm London) and many others.

After their recent gigs with 'Sinners Dj's' over in Ibiza in September, and off the back of recent signings, 'dharkfunkh' now have upcoming bookings in South Africa, Japan, U.S.A and many other bookings worldwide and at home in the U.K. Watch this space for dates...

These boys are by no means newcomers to the music scene. Previous projects and collaborations have seen release on the likes of Fatboys Slims 'Southern Fried Records', 'Mad Hatter Recordings' (Carl Cox's One To Watch 2010), Lee Mortimers 'Warehouse Music', Myles Dysons 'Plasmapool' and many many other labels over the last 10 years, covering many styles. With their sights now set firmly on Deep House and Tech, the future looks bright for dharkfunkh.......

After much preparation, the 'dharkfunkh live set' is now ready for the road. Sporting a vast array of electronic gadgetry, live vocals (from D’urso), sax player, live keyboards and much more, all powered by ableton live, traktor pro, maschine and a whole heap of controllers and hardware, these 2 are set up to make some serious waves on the deep house and tech circuit.
