DJ Deux Spin started, like many, in his bedroom, ignoring dinner, to mix House & Garage on a set of £20 turntables, and ACME scratch mixer in 1998. Since then, he has broadened his musical tastes. He recently announced to a guy reading Rolling Stone on the tube, “Anything goes with a touch of soul”, and just as soul alludes to many things his style is eclectic. Spin has mixed along-side famous DJs you may have heard of including Don Letts of The Clash, and hosts everything from gallery openings to club nights. In his spare time he arranges contemporary art and vintage arcade games around his flat seeking to achieve the perfect Feng Shui.
