It's that time of year again up here in Canada when everyone stays inside and the ground is littered with cold snow. Since we get a good 9 months of winter, today I say FUNK THE WINTER! Funk it real good baby..

This is an overdue collection of brand new material, new edits / mashups, and songs that I've been digging, collecting and playing for the last three months.

I want to stress in this mix more than any other that I've done that I pride myself on being very diverse in the music I play. I am NOT a swing dj, I am NOT a funk dj, I am NOT a glitch dj or a drum and bass dj or any other. I don't ever want to be classified or corned into one area of the music scene because I enjoy experimenting and bringing in new influences, while at the same time trying to somewhat invent my own. I appreciate each and every fan I have gathered up until this point, and I can surely admit to you all that this is only the beginning of Defunk.
