DeepSound Records was founded in 2007 as a house music label dedicated to promoting well-known international producers and singers as well as established and up-and-coming artists. The Montréal-based label, at the heart of North America’s underground music capital, has quickly grown many forms of underground music, from house, progressive house, and tribal to tech-house and progressive trance. In two short years, the label has thrived internationally, featuring such artists from around the globe as label founder Max Julien (Montréal), Sami Dee (Paris), Marco Zappala (Rio), Christian Arenas (Barcelona), DJ Danjer (Tunis), Matt Lorentzen (London), Claudio Climaco (Naples), Fred Groulx (Montréal), Midex (Eastern Russia), DJ Mints (Moscow), Yohan Esprada (Paris), PM (Cyprus), and DJ Dalysovich (Tunis) – with the list of remixers just as impressive, including Twisted Dee (Florida), Morgan King (London), Mike Emvee (Ottawa), Dany Wild (Germany), David Puentez and Hanna Hansen (Cologne), R.O.R.
