DEEP ZONE
Making music and history since the beginning of the new millenium, Deep Zone (Voted “Best Group of 2010” ) is one of Europe’s favourite dance projects over the last years and for sure the top musical export of their country. Formed by three musicians, DJ’s and studio engineers, recognised in Eastern Europe for their successful pop/dance hits and classy dancefloor anthems, Deep Zone are also one of the best remix artists, working with various music stars and talents all over the world.
Deep Zone are DJ Dian Solo (voted “Best Bulgarian DJ / Producer” in 2006), JuraTone (multi-instrumentalist) and Joanna Dark (singer, musician, popular TV show host, recently voted Top 10 sexiest vocals for 2008).
Their debut album “Ela Izgrey” was nominated in the smashing five categories at the 2002 MM TV Awards. Their first single, also called “Ela Izgrey” won the “Best Song” award, and the second one “Bez Coffein” won the “Best Club Track” award the next year. Other big Deep Zone hits include “Mystika” (played by Roger Sanchez in his “Release Yourself” radio show), “I Challenge You” (feat. L-Vis) (listed on MTV’s “World Chart Express”).
In the last two years Deep Zone made a fantastic colaboration with one of the Bulgarian techno pioneers – DJ Balthazar. The result was four national sold out club tours, gathering more than 100.000 visitors and two smashing hits – “Welcome To The Loop” and “DJ, Take Me Away”. The last one won the Bulgarian Eurovision Song Contest and managed to make a great international success. More than 150 million TV viewers watched the live perfotmance at the Eurovision 2008 finals and Deep Zone made sold out club parties in the USA, London, Lisbon, Kiew, Malta, Istanbul, Athens, Bucuresti, Belgrad to name a few. “DJ, Take Me Away” was signed in more than 70 countries, was awarded Best South-East European Track at the SEEME International music awards and nominated in all possible music ceremonies in Bulgaria. The same song has reached Number 2 position on MTV’s “Worlds Chart Express”.
Deep Zone’s single “Let The Music Move Ya / Lesno se vyzbujdam” (Ka Music Plus) was released in Bulgaria in September 2008 and quickly became a Top 3 hit (Official BG Airplay Chart), reached the #1 spot at “DJ Twenty”, MAD TV Airplay Chart and National Product Chart (by Nielsen Music Control).

Right now Deep Zone are focused on new production and remixes, also traveling around the Globe for Live Performances and DJ Sets in clubs, festivals and concerts every weekend.
