Dead Kousin studied a BA (hons) in Music Composition (Manchester Met. '97-'00) and under one of Massive Attack/Sabres of Paradise's sound Engineers at Weston College of Music.
Nearly two Decades of composition and production/engineering experience.
MC back in the day with DJ Hardware (also performed with DJ Hype, Dr S. Gachet etc.)
Interested in music as a uniting force - a language that words can't speak.
Looking for collaborators, remixers, fixers and glitchers...
Sometime remixer and producer for Vic Ryder, Ghetto Grade (TA), Warriors from the East (TA), Lewcock, Jive Poetic (NY), The James Thorn Band (and lyric writer!), Pete the Temp, Tamara Parsons-Baker, Inflatable Buddha and Armitage Skanks/Woody.
I also spent a year in Tanzania working with a youth empowerment project and ran a music club with the students. Some of our recordings are on the Umoja Muziki Club page. (Link above).
