"Wadadaism" (1991) an original composition by Matthew Sperry (1968-2003).

    Performers:

    ● Matthew Sperry, double bass
    ● Greg Angel, double bass
    ● Randy Barnhill, double bass
    ● James Marone, double bass
    ● Kevin Gallagher, double bass

Recorded live at the special recital of David Badagnani (oboe) and Matthew Sperry (double bass and electric bass guitar), Lindsay Recital Hall, Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, United States, Sunday, April 14, 1991.

The title is an homage to the American composer and musician Wadada Leo Smith, who is known for his style of composition which features much use of improvisation as well as a distinctive system of graphic notation. Smith was a guest composer/performer in residence with the New World Music Ensemble of Florida State University in February 1991.
