About
Darren Bayton is an international DJ and Electronic Dance Music Producer currently working under the alias known as dB9 Project. Darren has been involved in the music industry since 1993 and was one of the former founders of succesful Trance duo 'Pink Bomb' back in the late 90's, signed to Global Underground / Quad Communications; and joint founder of 'The Rhythm Purits' from 2004 to 2008.
Darren has also worked as a music technology and business lecturer for 5 years; and is currently studying a 3 year BA (Hons) degree in Music Technology.
Darren is also the founder and director of Digital Insomnia Recordings, Digital Insomnia Groove and Divine Groove Recordings. He has also run and managed and promoted various night club events.
Darren recently took part in the 2011 British Student DJ Championships in Ibiza, held at the famous Ibiza Rocks Hotel & Kayna Beach Bar.
