This is a great meditation.
I also get that circling spiral sensation which I presume is kundalini energy.
I've had some great experiences with it,
I use it every day for the past few months.

This Meditation is Amazing. I thought my body was going in circles like a spiral. I also cried and then felt at ease. I'm going to do this evedryday I can. Thanks
