Like most MCs that stand out in their hometown, DAMON Hall aka (Daze aka The Nomad) had to earn respect in his hood. Of course he will always be nagged about his ability to carry NEW JERSEY hip hop, since there hasn't been a (Dirty Jerze) representative in the hip-hop class of stars in recent years. If that's the question at hand, then the whole hip-hop community is in for a big surprise because his music causes a double threat to all critics. Daze aka The Nomad's musical background erupted in the late 90's when he began to write songs as a way of releasing his emotional struggles with his childhood experiences. Unlike many rappers, he grew up in the (system), moving from foster homes to boarding schools and detention facilities. Without a supportive family to turn to, he used the same childhood experiences to acquire tremendous life skills and values. Daze picked up the mic in 2002 and never looked back since.
