David Campodarve is a music composer and producer based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).
He has composed music for films, advertisement and for dance.
His latest work for dance "jardín en el aire" with the company Date Danza by Omar meza who has worked with the german coreograoher Pina Bausch,it was a big succes in Granada, working closely with the coreographer Euladia Ayguade who has worked in the famous company Akram Khan based in London.

He has played in bands like Los Salvapantallas, Mr.robinson ,and has produced bands like The Birkins, Gines Cedrés or Monica Campodarve.
He is also Architect and music teacher at Las Palmas’s Deutsche Schule.

In his role of contemporary music director, he has won the first prize at the
well-known German contest "Jugend Musiziert" in Madrid, through the
opening of “Arbos”,one of his compositions at the National Auditorium; he won the third prize in Germany.

His latest work for film “Dreams come true” really gets to create an orchestrated
weighty sound which emphasizes the oniric landscapes and the emotional
impact of the script.
Its has been nominated in 2012 for a Jerry Goldmsith prize in the Cordoba's music festival .

Symphonic library.
