This is a terrific piece by Oliver Sadie, a pianist and composer who's being making quite a name for himself in recent times. The solo version of this is the title track of his first album, but here is a version with saxophone and drums. I sent Oliver two takes, one on alto and one on tenor, and rather than keep one and discard the other, he's very cleverly combined the two. And Delton's subtle rhythm track just keeps the whole thing lilting along, anchoring the communication between piano and sax. Enjoy!
