Michael Burns' inimitable style and unparalleled songwriting genius have won him support amongst dance music's elite since 2002. He has achieved the highest distinctions and honors in the industry with tracks licensed to Global Underground, Renaissance, and Balance compilation series.

In January 2011, he unveiled his masterpiece 'How To Escape Yourself' EP to widespread critical acclaim. The two originals were largely reminiscent of the golden era of progressive which Michael helped define nearly a decade ago. Now, it is with great honor that we present four brand new interpretations of the maestro's work from some of today's brightest talents.

Lank is one of the most sought-after producers from the new generation. The Hungarian producer's signature blend of techno and progressive house is at its finest here with two variations of 'How To Escape Yourself'. Irish producer Silinder delivers a bittersweet and melancholic remix of 'The Abstract', brimming with soul and emotion. This one's sure to leave a lasting impression on listeners. Finally rounding out the package is Russia's own Ilya Malyuev, whose enormous range of creativity is on full display with his downtempo interpretation of 'How To Escape Yourself'.
