Thank you my Twitter friends for sending me this ... have not heard it in years, and surprised to be reminded of it via Resident Advisor's top 50 Mixes of the 00's - cheers for that!! The only mixes of mine I've ever really listened to post-release have been the Day disc of 24/7 and disc 2 of Choice, so it will be a nostalgia trip for me to hear this again. (BTW ... all my mix CDs and other mixes prior to Nu-Breed were done live on belt drive decks, as I couldn't afford Technics. Digweed very kindly lent me a portable DAT recorder so I could record them for release. And he never asked for it back either.)

Hands down one of the BEST comps made! I have both 1 & 2 and throw them on for a listen every now and then. Can't tell you how many track from this comp I hunted down when it 1st came out!

Any old direct drives decks wouldve done technics werent needed, so sticking with belt drives is fail ultimatly!
