I have shared my musical talents with Aerosmith, Yoko Ono, Marina V, Danielle Evin, The Trews, Hanna, The New York Dolls, Finding Mercury, David Johansen, Jennifer Cella, and many others.
I have also assisted film composer Marcelo Zarvos (Too Big To Fail, Beastly, You Don't Know Jack, Remember Me, Brooklyn's Finest), and, before moving to LA, Angelo Badalamenti (Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks, Mulholland Drive).
I currently reside in LA where I compose for film, TV and the web.
I believe that I am where I am (professionally and geographically) because as a grad student in Gainesville at The University of Florida, starving for anything music/film-industry related, I splurged on tickets to meet the great film composer Elmer Bernstein (The Great Escape, The Magnificent Seven, Ghostbusters, Airplane!) at the Sarasota Film Festival in January of 2003. Also there to meet Elmer was record producer Jack Douglas (Aerosmith, Patti Smith, John Lennon). Jack and I hit it off based on a mutual admiration for Bernard Herrmann (Psycho, Vertigo, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir).
After persistent follow-up calls to remind him of the CD I sent him, Jack asked me to do arrangements for Aerosmith's Honkin' On Bobo.
This early success has lead to more work with Jack as well as many of the aforementioned musicians.
