The Tunguska Event, or Tunguska explosion, was a powerful explosion that occurred not far from the Podkamennaya Tunguska (Подкаменная Тунгуска) River in what is now Krasnoyarsk Krai (Красноярск Край) in Russia, at 00:13:35 Greenwich Mean Time on June 30, 1908
The explosion is believed to have been caused by the air burst of a large meteorite or comet fragment at an altitude of 5–10 kilometres above the Earth's surface.

This is an attempt to put notes to the selestial bodys approach towards earth.
